RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) Directive 2002/95/EC must meet material requirements and limits.

• Cadmium (0.01%) 100PPM
• Hexavalent chromium (0.1%) 1000PPM
• Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) (0.1%) 1000PPM
• Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) (0.1%) 1000PPM
  
  WEEE (Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment), in conjunction with the RoHS directive, requires that products shipped into European Union countries must be compliant with the directive and carry the WEEE symbol.
